With over a decade of experience as an HR Generalist, Ashlee is passionate about helping small to mid-size businesses succeed by building strong teams, developing clear pathways for employee growth, and ensuring that organizations have the right people in the right roles. She is dedicated to staying at the forefront of HR trends and best practices, continuously learning, and collaborating with industry professionals to provide top-tier services.

Amanda, now Principal Consultant, leads the firm’s focus on leadership training and change management, particularly in the public sector—including human services and public transit. Her expertise helps organizations navigate transformation, strengthen leadership, and create sustainable workforce strategies.
